We also collect data based on your usage of our platform. This data is collected and processed fully anonymously, meaning it can not be traced back to you or your person. No cookies are used to achieve this anonymous tracking.

• Process your payments: We use Stripe for payments, analytics, and other business services. Stripe may collect personal data including via cookies and similar technologies. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection, loss prevention, authentication, and analytics related to the performance of its services. We use anonymous usage data to analyze the use of our platform by our users so we can improve our services.

If a federal court, judge, or law enforcement agency legally requests your personally identifiable information, we are obligated by law to provide the requested information. In such cases, we may disclose your personally identifiable information without your prior consent or notification. Aside from these legal obligations, no external party will have access to your personal information without your explicit consent. If we intend to share your information with any external entity beyond these legal requirements, we will always seek your approval first.

4. Retention of information

We retain your information as long as this is necessary to provide you with our services. All personal identifiable information will be deleted when you inform us you wish to stop using our services (e.g. by deleting your account). Once your request has been submitted, your information will be deleted within 1 day.

Information may be retained for longer if this is necessary for legal requirements. If required by law or ordered by a federal judge or court, we may retain information for longer and/or share it with said organization.

Objection is only valid if there is no essential reason for us to process said information.
• Right to data portability: You have the right to transfer personally identifiable information we have processed to another party

We are legally required to separately inform you about your right to object.
